Free Online ACT Countdown Camp with Columbus Metropolitan Library

I’ll be teaching a free online ACT Countdown Camp this fall through Columbus Metropolitan Library.

The series is designed for students who want some focused ACT preparation in the weeks leading up to the test. We’ll work through practical test-taking strategies, review important ACT concepts, and practice with ACT-style questions.

Dates and Times

The sessions will be held online from 4:00–5:00 PM on four Tuesdays:

  • September 15
  • September 22
  • September 29
  • October 6

The program is free and open to students ages 12–17.

What We’ll Cover

Each session will focus on useful, practical preparation for the ACT. We’ll discuss strategies for working efficiently under time pressure, review common question types, and work through practice problems together.

Students are welcome to attend one session or all four. There is no cost to participate.

About the Program

Columbus Metropolitan Library is hosting the ACT Countdown Camp as part of its school-help programming. The sessions will take place online via Zoom, making them easy to attend from home.

I’ve spent more than 20 years helping students prepare for the ACT and SAT, and I’m looking forward to working with students through this free program.

Registration

The first session is Tuesday, September 15, from 4:00–5:00 PM.
